SELLER'S MARKET - a "seller's market" is classified when the number of buyers searching for homes exceeds the number of homes currently for sale. This market is ideal for sellers as they are more likely to receive multiple offers likely increasing the purchase price of their home.

For sale by owner means that the property is being sold by the owner without the representation of a real estate professional. This does not mean your buyer's agent is not able to assist you with purchasing this home so you should still have your agent reach out to confirm whether the seller is willing to cooperate with a real estate professional.
