FOR SALE BY OWNER

If you're wondering what a home with a "for sale by owner" sign means for you I'll explain it here. For sale by owner means that the property is being sold by the owner without the representation of a real estate professional. This does not mean your buyer's agent is not able to assist you with purchasing this home so you should still have your agent reach out to confirm whether the seller is willing to cooperate with a real estate professional. It is always a good idea to have a real estate professional or real estate attorney represent at least one party of a real estate transaction to eliminate odds of common mishaps.
